LKS is aware of the needs for community participation to ensure the effectiveness, and sustainability of any project and recognises that the successful provision of services to a community must be a people driven process.

The firm is involved in empowerment and human capacity building in disadvantaged communities through various projects and the community is involved through training and workshop where full community participation is achieved.

 

LKS focuses on providing education and training for all members of the community it works with, so that the community is left with an enhanced capacity, which promotes the sustainability of project and further development.
